How to Order
- Once you've selected an item, you may click the "Add to cart" button to add the product to your order.
- You may review your order by clicking on the "View Cart" link located on the upper right of the webpage.
- You may remove or edit the quantities of your orders on the "shopping cart" page.
- To finalize your order, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button in your shopping cart page.
- For customers who do not have accounts yet, you may checkout as guest OR register an account for speedier transaction on future purchases.
- You may add special instructions or comments on your order via the "order instructions/comments" form found on the checkout page.
- After submitting all the necessary informations including the shipping and billing address, an email will be sent to you as confirmation that your order is already being processed.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly check the bulk folder of your email account. You may add our shopkadito email addresses to your address book to ensure that all future emails will be delivered to your inbox.
- Depending on your location, shipping and handling costs may vary. You will be notified via email or SMS for the shipping and handling fee.
- Payment options: G-cash, bank deposit, credit card and Paypal. Payment information will be sent to you after you submit your orders.
- Orders will be shipped the next business day after full payment has been received.
- You may check the status of your order(s) by logging in to your account, then click on the "Order Status" link located on the top part of the website.
- If you want to have your items insured during transit, you may do so upon request. Just send your instructions via the "order instructions/comments" form found on the checkout page. Fees may apply and will be shouldered by the customer.
